You can empower their ability through training and mentorship while giving them the chance to impress by trusting them with senior responsibilities will make them more confident and give them the tools they need to thrive in your business or perhaps consider what else they are capable of achieving. 

Make Them Feel Safe 

Everyone deserves to feel safe and protected at work, so knowing how to look after your staff whenever they are at the office is crucial. They should not be the victim of bullying or discrimination from coworkers or clients, while robust security arrangements such as ID card entry requirements and cybersecurity systems should be the norm. The more secure and safe your employees feel, the easier it will be for them to get on with their projects and keep things running smoothly. 

Cultivate an Enjoyable Atmosphere 

As most people enjoyed the casual comforts of their homes or other remote workplaces during the past few years, you need to give them a reason to come back to the office. The best way to achieve this is by making the workplace enjoyable.
