Furthermore, the appearance of your office influences your customers’ and clients’ perceptions of your company. This is due to the fact that a messy, chaotic office can insinuate disorganization as well as the impression that you don’t really care. 2. Have a Tidy Desk Policy

Make a habit of tidying and organizing your desk before leaving for the day. It can help ensure that important documents and notes do not get buried under that pile of paperwork, in addition to increasing your morning productivity. Also, make sure that toilets have toilet brushes and plenty of hand soap. There is no excuse for it to get dirty then.
